At Howth Writing Workshops and Retreats.
Last night we celebrated our 11th Hooks & Reels event (an evening of story and song.) The evening was a collaboration with Howth Sutton Autism Community at Howth Yacht Club and six readers gave a fantastic literary performance. Through their stories they connected with the audience, evoked emotion, and took us on a brief adventure into their lives.
Catherine Whelan, Daniel Molyneaux, Eileen Martin, Beth O'Connor, Siobhan Moore, and Colm Quearney (of Fighting words) all gave a stellar performance.
The music, by Aaron Finn was captivating and he is a true natural storyteller. Sometimes the story is the backstory, and leaves us all wanting more and Aaron's music and classical guitar playing were spellbinding. @aaronfinnmusic
