The Retreat was a huge success and there's nothing better than meeting those -who attended the amazing experience of yoga and writing in the number 1 retreat in Europe, Suryalila - in the streets of Howth and hearing how they are still buzzing, or still calm and grounded, OMing away and writing their life story.

Remember the most important story of them all, is your own.

We are ready to open up the bookings for next year's writing/yoga retreat in Spain, watch out for the details to be announced. I've asked Michelle to look at an overflow week to add as we will keep our groups under 15.

The writing workshops continue until the end of May in Howth, and then I'll be on our little island of Vinalhaven in Maine. I'll be ready to host a week writing retreat in July. I'll let you know the details if you are on the east coast of the States and want to detox from your social media or scrolling in general, calm the head, walk in nature, and write with direction and feedback, I'm your girl.
