HOWTH WRITING WORKSHOP - Zoom.
Write, read, and reflect on the story of your life. During this morning workshop, hosted on-line (From the hill of Howth) we will write to prompts that lead us deeper into our own story. On-going.
No previous experience necessary, just a willingness to dive into the written world in a safe and welcoming group.
You will find support for your story and the workshop will strengthen your writing.
You will tap into memory, events, relationships and life.

We are friendly and love drinking tea while writing to prompts or giving positive feedback. We laugh a lot and we support everyone, always.

Yoga and Writing.
Take the time to focus on what is important to you! Write to prompts, read, receive feedback and reflect. Stretch, meditate and breathe. This is a mind/body/ spirit class, that starts with gentle yoga and meditation lead by www.Michelleberrange.com. We will then write to prompts on you own life story, read and support each others writing and story.
These monthly workshops set you up to organize your thoughts and leave you ready to face all that comes in the weeks ahead. Yoga/writing workshops leave you with renewed strength, focus and connection to life. The writing prompts will lead you deeper into your life's story.
